Hinarera Lambert

Kia ora, I’m Hinarera, and I live in the beautiful Far North with my amazing whānau. I’m a wife and proud mother to five wonderful children, and my journey into healing work has been shaped by both my personal experiences and a deep connection to my people.

The loss of my father at the young age of 42 was a turning point in my life. It shifted my perspective on the hauora of our people and ignited my passion for supporting others on their healing journeys. As someone who specializes in kaupapa Māori, I bring a culturally grounded and holistic approach to my work.

I’ve worked extensively with individuals navigating addictions, mental health challenges, and the impact of trauma, including survivors of sexual abuse. While I’ve used EFT in the past, I’ve found that Havening Techniques allow for faster and deeper healing, helping people release emotional burdens and rediscover their strength.
